Week 45, Part 1

This week started off with a reminder of winter. And not the last one! Randy of the Owens Construction crew began adjusting manhole lids. Site grading is not far away-



Owens also tested the water line early in the week-



CNI’s crew began bolting up the process lines to the UV disinfection units, now that interior finishes are done-





Challenger Electric has made progress recently installing rigid conduit to the Phosphorous Removal control panels-



These panels are rated “NEMA-4x” for exterior, waterproof service. They are under a tilted metal roof but still subject to wind & rain-



This is the Chemical Feed pump housing, “Hot Box”. It sits in the storage pad for Ferric Chloride which is used on Phosphorous Removal-



The City of Plummer is also a Public Utility service provider. The City ran conduit for main power feed from a nearby power pole, seen in the distance of this picture. Rod Willard, Public Works Director, is running the plate compactor as they backfill-



Greg, City of Plummer Public Works, finished off the job the next day-



And back at the Influent Lift Station the Transformer has been installed (green box near right) and the panel rack off to the left-
